Booking Policy
- INR 10,000 Per Person Token amount to initiate the booking procedure.
- After confirmation from hotel we will collect Balance payment 30-25 Days before departure date.
- Pan card, Flight Ticket Copies and Passport Copies are required to process the booking along with with advance payment.
- Standard check in/Check out time is 1400 Hrs & 1500 hrs / 1100 Hrs & 1200 Hrs for all international hotels, For Guaranteed check in/out, supplement charges will be applicable.
- The prices displayed have been calculated as per the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of costing. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid in full before the departure by the client.
- Grip Your Trek reserves the right to cancel/modify any booking even after blocking or any confirmation. In case of any cancellation similar option will be provided only for the hotels.
- 100% cancellations will be applicable once the Booking is re- confirmed.
Package Cancellation Policy:
- Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour – No Grip Your Trek Cancellation for the Tour Price except the token amount which is non refundable
- Clear 25 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 25% OF THE TOUR PRICE
- Clear 15 to 10 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 50% OF THE TOUR PRICE
- Clear 10 to 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 75% OF THE TOUR PRICE
- Less than 07 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 100% of Tour Cost
Flights:
- On Cancellation of Non Refundable flight tickets customers will be eligible for zero refund.
- On Cancellation of Refundable flight tickets, customers will receive a refund as per the mentioned cancellation policy section of the said airline.
- For Cancelled/Grounded/Delayed flights, cancellation request for these airlines will have to places with respective airlines. Realization of refunds would be subject to processing by the respective airline carrier.
- In case of Expired passport validity/ or Damaged passport if airline denied boarding Grip Your Trek will not be responsible for refund.
Visa & Insurance:
- Grip Your Trek acts as a facilitator for processing Visa applications. We will guide customers on Visa formalities & Visa documentation for specific destinations. The discretion to grant/reject Visa rests solely with the concerned embassy and we will not be responsible for rejection of any applications. The visa fee is non-refundable in case of rejected visa applications.
- While we strive to provide a seamless Visa experience to the customers, Grip Your Trek will not be held responsible for unforeseen changes to Visa formalities levied by the embassy during the document submission and processing phase.
- Insurance once applied is subject to 100% cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
